- Identify cost reduction opportunities through comprehensive product cost analysis.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with key partners, including Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, and Suppliers.
- Effectively manage cost savings projects to ensure timely execution and realization of committed savings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to explore and implement cost-saving initiatives. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, or Program Management.
- Proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to read technical drawings or specifications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
