We are looking for a creative and experienced Creative Director to lead the creative direction of client campaigns across social media, video production, branding, and events.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing creative ideas, managing a creative team, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative concepts and campaigns for social media, video, branding, and events.
- Develop creative ideas and visual directions that align with client objectives.
- Guide and manage designers, videographers, and content creators.
- Present ideas and proposals to clients and manage feedback.
- Ensure all creative work meets quality and brand standards.
- Keep up with social media, content, and design trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign and event execution.
- Build and maintain the company's brand presence.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative, branding, advertising, or digital marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, or content campaigns.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or Degree in a related field is preferred.
