Job Overview:

A Creative Manager is responsible for overseeing the creative process at Sometime, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the brand's vision and goals. This role involves leading a team of creative professionals and collaborating with other departments to produce innovative and effective marketing campaigns. It requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of creativity and innovation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and ensure the professional growth and development of team members.

Creative Strategy and Concept Development

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand's vision and marketing objectives.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of compelling creative campaigns across various media.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging online content, including website assets, social media visuals or videos, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the development of offline materials, such as print advertisements, event collateral, and in-store displays.
  • Ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks to maximize team efficiency.
  • Create timelines and manage budgets.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the creative team and other departments.
  • Work closely with marketing, digital, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Communicate project progress and updates regularly to relevant parties.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution

  • Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions and maintain project momentum.
  • Escalate significant issues to senior management when necessary.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Incorporate market research and trend analysis into creative strategies and campaigns.

Quality Control and Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand and maintains a consistent voice and style.
  • Review and approve designs, copy, and other creative materials.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
