CRM Business Analyst (Fresh Grad – Japanese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems
• Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
• Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood
• Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes

Job Qualifications:

• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (min JLPT N3)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proficient in programming languages such as .NET and SQL
• Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform
• Basic knowledge of Azure Services
• Passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
