Be accountable for FG shipment planning & arrangement to support both local & export markets.
A point of contact to 3PL, Freight Forwarder, SG regional supply chain team & Markets
Responsibilities
3PL Warehouse Management: Set up Service Level, KPI monitoring, cost control etc
Shipment Planning for All Markets to meet customer shipment requirement (coordinate with Supply Planner on stock availability, loading capacity with 3PL & PO with SG PIO/markets)
Monitor FG inventory by identify potential Ageing stocks in weekly basis & ensure shipment as FEFO (First Expired first Out), work with Supply Planning team to deplete aging stock to markets
Coordinate with 3PL & internal ESH & Quality team on safety issue, Pest Control etc
As contact point with Freight Forwarder on shipment booking
SAP End User for planning
Document daily work process & continue to improve it
To comply with GMP and continuously improve our Food Safety Programme
