Company Information
- Basic could up to RM3800 (Based on Experience)
- Functional Allowance RM300
- Fixed Shift Allowance RM350
- Night Shift Allowance RM45 per shift
- Transport Allowance RM25 per shift
- Public Holiday - Double pay
- Dental or Optical Allowance RM400 per year
- Confirmation Bonus after 6 months probation RM500

- Ensure highest standards of service delivery on personalised phone services to our customers
- Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining database
- Educate the customer about the products and services and directs them towards available resources for self-help
- Manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions and is responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department
- Act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre internal guidelines and updates customer data into relevant systems accurately
- Maintain confidentiality of the customers and data at all times

- SPM + 5 years of working experience
- Diploma + 2 years of working experience
- Degree Fresh are welcome to apply
- Able to work Rotational Shift (24/7)
- Mandarin Speaking will be added advantage
- Good communication in English
