Company Information

We are currently representing our client to source for potential candidate to fill in the role as Customer Service Executive 客 to be based at KL area (nearby LRT Station).

Job Benefits
  • Basic could up to RM3800 (Based on Experience)
  • Functional Allowance RM300
  • Fixed Shift Allowance RM350
  • Night Shift Allowance RM45 per shift
  • Transport Allowance RM25 per shift
  • Public Holiday - Double pay
  • Dental or Optical Allowance RM400 per year
  • Confirmation Bonus after 6 months probation RM500
  • 21 days Annual Leave

Job Responsibility
  • Ensure highest standards of service delivery on personalised phone services to our customers
  • Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining database
  • Educate the customer about the products and services and directs them towards available resources for self-help
  • Manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions and is responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre internal guidelines and updates customer data into relevant systems accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality of the customers and data at all times

Job Requirement
  • SPM + 5 years of working experience
  • Diploma + 2 years of working experience
  • Degree Fresh are welcome to apply
  • Able to work Rotational Shift (24/7)
  • Mandarin Speaking will be added advantage
  • Good communication in English
  • Support Voice (Inbound Call)
