Customer Service Executive cum Purchaser

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer orders and provide regular status updates.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve enquiries or complaints professionally.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on supplier deliveries.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely purchasing of raw materials.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, purchasing documents, and supplier information.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Purchasing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Flexo & Offset Printing Packaging industry.
• Experience in both Customer Service and Purchasing/Procurement functions.
• Good knowledge of paper, carton boxes, corrugated packaging materials, and printing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• ERP or inventory management system experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English andMandarin.
