CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Requirements

Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in retail sales

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point

Min. qualification: Diploma

Ability to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Good communication skills and enjoy meeting people

Experience in Beauty & Wellness products will be an added advantage

Social Media savvy

Job Scope:

Reply to daily sales orders and enquiries from customers via email and WhatsApp

Attend to walk-in customers in Showroom

Communicate sales information to customers via chats and emails broadcast

Participation in trade shows, events and sales road shows

Assist sales and marketing team as required
