Customer Service Officer - Component Division.

Responsibilities

• Provides post-sales support to Sales division and day-to-day business liaison with major customers
• Responsible for order processing, close follow-up and internal co-ordination with customers, logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery
• Provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquiries, analyze customers order backlogs and sales order documentation
• Prepare and co-operate with internal and external agents to process or make available necessary shipping documents, export/import documents, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma /Degree education
• Minimum 2 years of customer service working experience in electronic component environment
• Excellent interpersonal skill to manage customers
• Good analytical and numeracy skill
• Meticulous in nature with an eye for details
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Familiar with SAP
