Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers, selling products or services and upselling customers.
  • Answering customer calls, answering questions, and handling customer complaints.
  • Prepare quotation when needed.
  • Contacting client to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decision.
  • Update dataset and report of servicing contract singing rate and result.
  • Perform online portal submission and vendor registrations.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in any discipline. Possess strong business acumen communication skills.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in telesales / telemarketing / customer services
