Role: Cybersecurity Incident Management
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of defence for CSOC, performing triage on cybersecurity alerts.
- Manage the lifecycle of incidents, classify and escalate as needed, and perform technical investigations.
- Capture evidence, conduct forensic analysis, and identify trends or anomalies in large datasets.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring transparent communication.
- Help mature and implement best practices in the Security Incident Response process.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems, network, or information security.
- 3+ years of cybersecurity Incident Response experience.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, UEBA, DLP, networking protocols, and both Windows and Linux/Unix platforms.
- Familiarity with cyber-attack techniques, threat hunting, and incident response lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
