What You'll Do:
(a) Stakeholder & Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional working sessions across UED, Tech, Risk, and Business teams — preparing agendas, capturing decisions, and updating relevant product documentation
- Own action item tracking from all meetings; follow up assertively with owners until commitments are closed
- Maintain a live view of outstanding decisions, dependencies, and blockers across active workstreams
- Build and sustain working relationships across divisions to keep communication flowing and reduce friction across concurrent workstreams
- Represent product context credibly in working-level discussions — with sufficient understanding of the chatbot's architecture, intent routing, and escalation logic to engage meaningfully without hand-holding
- Support incident response coordination when issues arise: circulate updates, schedule bridge calls, and drive action items to closure.
(b) Release and Deployment Coordination
- Co-own project timelines across the full SDLC — from requirements sign-off through design, build, UAT, and deployment
- Coordinate dependencies across SDLC phases — ensuring handoffs between UED, Tech, and Business are planned, visible, and don't slip between workstreams
- Coordinate release communications — distributing release notes and change summaries to relevant stakeholders
- Track phase milestones and delivery deadlines across concurrent workstreams; surface slippage before it becomes a problem
(c) Documentation & Quality Control
- Support maintenance of all product documentation to keep artefacts current
- Maintain the risk and issue log across the product workstreams
- Support the maintenance of operational reference documents such as escalation matrices, service level agreements and operational guidelines.
(d) Product Operations
- Support the Knowledge Base governance cycle end-to-end: schedule and drive review cycles, track completion against review deadlines and escalate overdue items.
- Maintain the change request intake pipeline – log incoming CRs, tracking status through triage and approval.
- Facilitate post launch/incident feedback loops to surface improvement signals.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations, project coordination, or delivery management within a technology or product environment
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent cross-functional workstreams in a regulated industry
- Experience owning structured delivery artefacts — including documentation, release checklists, and governance trackers
- Familiarity with agile or lean delivery frameworks and structured release cycles
- Background in fintech, e-wallet, or regulated financial services
- Exposure to AI/automation initiatives (e.g., chatbot, workflow automation, eKYC).
- Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot products, or automation
- Experience coordinating UAT cycles and release sign-offs in a technology delivery environment
