Job Description

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for equipment benchmarking, technical strategies and technical support at Central Backend Manufacturing & Technology (BEM&T)
  • Provide technical expertise and recommend technical solutions to the development and design of equipment to maximize overall automation/laser equipment effectiveness
  • Harmonize and standardize manufacturing equipment and solutions across all BEM&T sites worldwide
  • Partner suppliers and subcontractors on new equipment projects, commissioning and installation

Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years above experience in Laser/plasma/sputtering Equipment Engineering
  • Good knowledge of Laser/plasma/sputtering equipment
  • Able to express ideas clearly, both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word) & AutoCAD applications
  • Solid experience on problem solving techniques and methodologies
  • Must possess creativity and assertiveness
