Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Implement, maintain and deploy customer applications as well support technical complex deployments
Provide excellent customer support, where planning and communication skills are vital. This includes making configurations to deployments based on customers requirements.
Support in analyzing and resolving customer incidents (via 3DS support tickets), which can be outside office hours and/or during weekends.
Ensure our hosted environment runs smoothly and grows with the needs of a fast-developing and demanding international organization of professionals involving in 24/7 operations
Assist the team in overall day-to-day operations & work on shift rotation to support 24/7 operations.
Currently pursuing/completed Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar fields.
Good communication skills in verbal & written English with a proactive communication style and a customer focused attitude.
Knowledge of business integration and related protocols like SOAP, REST API, sFTP is an added advantage.
Familiarity with implementation/setup/configuration of Enterprise Software Applications and knowledge of networking components (Firewall, Load balancers, and protocols like TCP/IP) is an added advantage.
