About The Role

What You'll Do
As a Demand Planning Executive, you are responsible for managing and enhancing demand forecasting processes by ensuring data accuracy, generating insights, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. The role involves driving weekly forecast planning, analyzing sales trends and performance, and improving forecast accuracy through root cause analysis and continuous process enhancements. As a key contributor to S&OP and S&OE discussions, this role identifies risks such as stock gaps and proposes mitigation actions while supporting inventory optimization and fulfilment. This position also requires maintaining reliable data systems and translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations to support informed business decisions and overall supply chain effectiveness.

What You Bring
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting sales trends, forecasting data, and business performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or analytical tools such as SAP, Power BI, or similar systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced industries with exposure to S&OP/S&OE processes is an added advantage.
