Manage operational performance of the Manufacturing Plants, covering Engineering, Production, Logistics and Warehouse.
Plan and direct plant activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
Create, lead and cultivate Continuous Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing culture and processes within the Operations Team.
Develop and deliver operational budgets.
Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, improvement programs, development plans and achievements within agreed formats, timescales and budgets.
Set and manage key performance indicator for all direct reports to achieve objectives in relation to customer requirements, people engagement & development, processes and financial outcomes.
Formulate strategic and tactical plans in the area of operations, technology and engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering.
At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Familiarity in large scale continuous process e.g. manufacturing of glove, paper, cement, steel or chemicals is preferred.
Experience in managing a sizeable workforce will be an added advantage.
