YOUR ROLE AS A DESKTOP SUPPORT SENIOR EXECUTIVE:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running operations of the Desktop Executive on-site and/or remotely

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination with the Desktop Executive on the technical perspective.

  • Liaising and partnering with other support teams (internal team or third parties vendors) to ensure seamless integration of IT service support and operation.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

  • Make sure the daily operations are running smoothly and execution complies with the set of Work Instructions and SOPs.

  • Ensure all the operational procedures are current and adhered by the operations team.

  • Work closely with the Desktop Manager on the task or ad-hoc project execution planning and strategy.

  • Involved in the ad-hoc tasks/project discussion meeting, and aligned with the Superior on the planning and execution process. Also to periodically provide the reports to the superior on the task/project update statuses.

  • Conduct regular briefing sessions with the team face-to-face to ensure the tasks or project executed on-track and delivered smoothly within the agreed timeline.

  • Act as a single point of contact for high severity cases escalation from Desktop Executive.

  • Established a connection with other internal team, station's or hub's point of contact to ensure seamless execution of the tasks/project delivery whenever needed.

  • Perform weekly monitoring of the Onboarding (SOB) ticket of the new hire, and liaise with PAC or the hiring manager to extract more details for the assessment of the device allocation.

  • Responsible for ensuring the team executed daily and weekly of the routine check activities for Crew Sign On PC & Printer, and Meeting room. Act accordingly as a bridge between the third parties or other internal team if there is any issue reported.

  • Periodically provide a briefing to the operations team on the task acquired to ensure execution complies with the company policies, SOP or work instruction.

YOUR FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

  • Provide suggestions to help improve the operations process on an ongoing basis.

  • Provide IT Operational related support and guidance to the end-users or operation staff.

  • Monitor on daily ISR ticket assignment under Desktop Team queue and ensure the team to pick up, attend and resolve within the SLA or in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for providing a daily or weekly report to the Superior to update on the tasks or project progress.

  • Serves as the around-the-clock contact for all related support issues, providing advanced first level technology support.

  • Remains on-call during off-peak hours to respond to support service

WHO YOU ARE:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the IT field.

  • Good technical background with good analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented and well organized.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Good emotional management.

  • Own a transport to commute to other offices whenever necessary
