What You'll Do
- Support and maintain server hardware and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure, deploy, and upgrade system environments to support business operations.
- Monitor and maintain system reliability, stability, and availability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security controls.
- Support telephony system integration, including SIP trunking.
- Maintain data ownership, backup, and management processes to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements and infrastructure deployments.
What We're Looking For
- Basic experience or foundational knowledge of server hardware and infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems, including RHEL/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, NFS/NAS, and NTP.
- Experience or exposure to Linux package management tools (e.g., yum, apt).
- Experience in configuring and deploying system environments.
