Job Description

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's business goals.
  • Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences for both local and potential market.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Assist in managing the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the timely delivery of digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain ad assets to ensure consistent and timely delivery of digital marketing activities.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape.
  • Support the implementation of A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization strategies on the website and ad platforms.
  • Track and prepare report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities on website and all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce department to align digital marketing strategies with online sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop and execute seasonal and special promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and timing.
  • Collaborate with offline team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive lead generation.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.


  • Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the eCommerce sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as search engines, social media, and email.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Proven track record of working with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
