What's The Gig

In this role, you'll be part of a lean, innovative, and profitable team that's engineered for the future of marketing. You'll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Expect a fast-paced environment where you'll learn, experiment, and grow as we embed AI into everything we do — from strategy to execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• This is an opportunity to rapidly get broad hands-on experience across the entire digital landscape, developing a solid foundational skillset and discovering firsthand the disciplines you most enjoy and excel at:
• You'll team up with our Digital Gurus and be exposed to all our verticals, including Social Media Marketing, SEO, CRM, and Performance Marketing.
• You will be the champion in Campaign Management, aiding the digital consultants in delivering the needs of the client's marketing initiatives (including Social Media, SEO & Ads campaigns, etc.). Set up & schedule campaigns following the brief, be the point of communication, and identify the upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
• You'll discover how our Account Managers are rocking their project management and how our consultants brain juice develops kick-ass strategies. You'll be supporting them with basic fundamentals to ensure our existing projects are running smoothly.

What we're looking for

• Available for a full-time internship (6 months, paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Marketing, business, management in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing technology driven environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
• Have basic knowledge on Microsoft office and Google Suite
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You'll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
