The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven experience in social media management, SEO/SEM, brand strategy, and event planning.
You'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, developing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage all Company social media platforms and official website to ensure consistency activity and updated content
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, trends and new technologies.
- Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to online platforms.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content idea, and implementation schedules.
- Create content, copywriting for all social media posting.
- Maintain up to date reporting and documentation in relation to all digital marketing activities.
- Research and monitor activity of competitors.
- Identify potential areas in digital marketing to expand on and propose new effective strategies.
- Be actively involve SEO, Google Analytics and SEM.
- Engaging with online media, third party online vendors, online agencies and etc.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, ensuring bran consistency across all touchpoints
- Enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty to strengthen long- term brand equity
- Build and manage strong relationship with PR agencies, media, and brand partners
- Oversee the design and production of brand collaterals
- Plan and manage offline marketing initiatives including events, sponsorships, client engagement, and brand activations.
- Track and evaluate offline campaign performance and prepare post-event analysis reports
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution offline campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Goggle Analytics, and social media advertising/content marketing
- Strong background in brand strategy development and offline event planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Trilingual proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin preferred.
