Job Description

Drive Brand.com operations, covering product SKU registration, content publishing, web optimization and performance tracking to ensure timely execution, compliance, and seamless user experiences. Build hands-on expertise in e-commerce content, SEO, analytics, and global processes while gaining cross-functional exposure and growing towards broader digital commerce and web operations responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage SKU registration, product page setup, QC and content publishing on Brand.com.
  • Use Jira to manage publishing workflows, track progress, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Drive on-time registration by understanding Brand.com processes, including local legal review requirements and timelines.
  • Coordinate end-to-end Brand.com publishing, from asset sourcing to web production, ensuring compliant web content and global process alignment.
  • Optimize and update content in line with SEO best practices and requirements.
  • Execute digital content uploads, removals, and troubleshooting across retail stores.
  • Support weekly and monthly Brand.com performance reports with traffic, engagement, and conversion trends.

Job Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in web operations, e-commerce, digital content, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in SKU registration, product page setup, web publishing, and content QC.
  • Proficiency in web publishing platforms and workflow tools such as Jira.
  • Understanding of SEO, web content optimization, and digital best practices.
  • Knowledge of content compliance, legal review processes, and global publishing workflows.
  • Strong project coordination and timeline management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of web analytics and performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing web content using CMS (Content Management System) tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web usability is preferred but optional.
