Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate/ Vocational/Diploma
  • Fresh graduate welcome apply
  • Requires proficient Mandarin and English communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Benefits

  • Working hours: 2:00pm - 11:30pm, including 1 hour break.
  • Working days: Shift system, 5 days
