Collaborate closely witn the Product Owner and Business Development team in the budget preparation and monitoring process, ensuring financial alignment with project goals.
Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes between multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Requirement
A degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred.
First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM l).
Excellent communication skills and servant leadership skills.
Experience in people and project management.
Understanding and familiarity with the software development process.
Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
