Direct Sales Executive (Cards)

Role Description The Direct Sales Executive (Cards) is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru. This role focuses on promoting and selling AEON credit cards directly to potential customers in various locations Aeon Tebrau City, Aeon Bukit Indah and IOI Kulai. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, explaining product features and benefits, assisting applicants with the card application process, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

The Direct Sales Executive engages with customers to understand their financial needs, provides clear and respectful guidance, and follows up on leads and applications to achieve sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and representing AEON Credit's brand and values in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Communication Skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and drive card acquisition in a competitive environment.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of credit card features, fees, and repayment terms.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in direct sales or retail banking, familiarity with card products, proficiency in multiple languages, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum education at PMR or equivalent
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable to approach diverse individual, customer-facing environment in Johor Bahru.
