Director, Enterprise Delivery – Malaysia

Location: Malaysia (Hybrid / Regional Exposure)

Note: This role is open only to Malaysian citizens.

We are partnering with a global technology and consulting organisation seeking a senior leader to drive its Malaysia practice within a key enterprise technology domain.

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility across business growth, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery excellence, while also contributing to broader regional initiatives across APAC.

The role requires a strong balance of commercial leadership, delivery oversight, and hands-on involvement in large-scale digital transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments.

Key Focus Areas

Consulting Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Malaysia consulting practice
• Shape and lead enterprise transformation initiatives across key client accounts
• Develop relevant service offerings and industry-aligned solutions
• Position Malaysia as a strategic delivery and capability hub in the region

Client Engagement & Growth

• Lead senior client conversations and strategic engagements
• Partner with internal teams to drive pipeline development and revenue growth
• Engage with executive stakeholders across client organisations
• Support solution shaping, proposals, and pre-sales activities

Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Oversee successful delivery of complex transformation programmes
• Ensure strong governance, quality standards, and risk management practices
• Drive operational performance across utilisation, margins, and resource planning
• Strengthen delivery frameworks and execution discipline

Leadership & Talent Development

• Build and lead a high-performing consulting team
• Develop senior consulting talent and future leaders
• Drive capability development and continuous upskilling initiatives
• Foster a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture

Regional Collaboration

• Work closely with regional and global teams on shared initiatives
• Contribute to APAC delivery frameworks, best practices, and innovation
• Support cross-border programmes and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology or consulting environments
• Strong background in leading large-scale transformation programmes
• Proven experience in client-facing and commercial leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead consulting or delivery teams
• Experience working in regional or multi-country delivery models
• Strong understanding of enterprise transformation programmes (SAP experience is advantageous)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
• Must be a Malaysian citizen
