Key Job Accountabilities

Lead Strategy
. Responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining strategic roadmaps for Logistics, Customs and Trade management.
. Create Strategy, solutions and develop business partnerships to add value and differentiate Plexus service offering to customers.
System, Tools and Process
. Oversee the development and implementation of tools and processes used in Logistics, Customs Trade management and after market & fulfillment services including the development and maintenance of all appropriate procedures and documentation.
MRO and IDM
. Oversee the strategic sourcing and procurement of MRO and IDM for Penang sites.
. Implementation of new business requirements / compliance needs across all sites in APAC.
. Added assignments as required.
Mentoring and Guidance
. Provide functional guidance to junior / new hire in accomplishing operational objectives
Acquire, Develop and Retain Best People
. To identify and hire the right talent motivate, engage and develop team with right competencies and capabilities

Education requirements
. Degree / Master Degree / PhD in any discipline.
. Certificate / Diploma with min 8 years related working experience or equivalent will be considered.
