Job Details:

Position : Document Controller (Mandarin Speaker)

Company Industry : Water & Petrochemical

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1800)

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable basis)

WHO CAN APPLY

• Diploma/Degree in related field
• 1-3 years of similar administration experience
• Good communications skill in English & Mandarin as there is a need to communicate with counterparts whom are based oversea
• Basic computer literacy (Ms word, excel, powerpoint)
• Able to start in short notice
• Only open for Malaysian nationality

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects
• Act as document controller
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
