Drafter-Electrical, Instrument & Civil

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver engineering design work efficiently and in a timely manner during proposal and project delivery stage.
• Develop engineering design work based on requirements and to coordinate with other departments on the design work.
• Create detailed design drawings, layout, hook-up, installation and other specifications as required for instrument
• Use CAD software to produce accurate and detailed drawings
• Collaborate with engineers including from other disciplines for inter discipline check to develop efficient and effective design solutions
• Participate in 3D model review. Conduct design reviews and modify designs based on feedback.
• Manage engineering tasks and assigned team (drafters).
• Manage and plan design activities to meet client's specification within the agreed timeframe.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress and challenges when required.
• Assist in the selection of materials and components for instrument installation design ie hook up, cable selection etc.
• Provide technical support during the installation and testing of instruments
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualification(s)

• At least a Diploma in related Engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in Electrical, Instrument Control and Civil & Structural.
