Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.
Return & Refund Case Management: Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces (Shopee & Tiktok). Communicate with buyers and investigate all returned parcels. Make a decision for each case that leads to a win-win situation and minimizes the negative impacts.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Conduct sales forecasting and prepare restock lists to ensure optimal inventory level.
Data Analysis: Analyse e-commerce data, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic, to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Generate and analyse reports related to e-commerce performance, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Implement changes to enhance overall operations.
Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
