Responsibilities: - Dive deeper into business scenarios of e-commerce, communicate clearly with merchants, influencers, institutions, etc., and independently identify problems in operational processes and drive solutions. - Deep understanding of the functions and usage scenarios of the merchant-side product system, helping merchants and operators to use it more smoothly through training and strategy development, and being responsible for the usage rate and experience. - Explore product opportunities through research, feedback, competitive experience and other means, and integrate cross-team resources to conduct the implementation of solutions. - Collect competitive products and industry information through accumulated resources to support product and operation strategy development. - Opportunity to grow into the head of PSO for a country in Southeast Asia.
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a product/operation manager. Preferred experiences within an E-commerce business company. - Clear logic, with good business sense and big picture view. - Curiosity, in-depth thinking, and discovering the nature of the problem. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, good at cross-team communication and collaboration. - Data-driven and with good data analysis skills. - English can be used as a working language. - Base in Southeast Asia or feel comfortable for long-term dispatch/travel to Southeast Asia.
