ELECTRICIAN / WIREMAN

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Electrician will install and maintain the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in buildings.

Note: This Job Description may not encompass the entire scope of this role, as other duties maybe assigned by management (Mahsa Tech).

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to perform electrical wiring, cable trunking and conduit installation.

Perform electrical panel wiring and installation

Able to read and understand electrical diagram

To undertake ad-hoc assignments when assigned from time to time. Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests

He maintains the workshop tools and equipment ensure the tools and component serviceability.

He inspects parts received (from suppliers) for conformity to specifications and registers non-conformity as required.

The Electrical Technician is a technically resourceful person who can analysis of failures when required.

Carry out maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, automation, and instrumentation of equipment applied by industrial motor controls, chemical feed systems, pump drives, and the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.

Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation of building circuits and similar equipment

Perform maintenance of alarm and SCADA systems, electrical pneumatic and electronic controls, programmable controls, and other similar equipment

Carry out necessary carpentry, welding, valve repair, cement, and pipe fitting work

Prepare reports, maintain records, and requisition supplies and parts

Inspect and supervise work done by external vendors.

Performs additional duties as needed.

WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS

Monday Saturday

Willing to work in shift duties and late nights or on call if required.

Entitled for Overtime (fixed rate)

Prior experience in the relevant field

An ability to communicate well with facility supervisor, mangers

QUALIFICATIONS No formal Education needed (STPM/SPM Preferable)

OTHERS Valid Driving Permit Class D and B2 (Applicable only for the IC holders) Able to proficiently read, write and speak BM & English (preferable)
