About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support process improvement initiatives, analyze production performance, and help optimize manufacturing operations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement practical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Support the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct time studies and work measurements to establish standard operating procedures and cycle times.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in production line balancing, layout improvements, and workflow optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, cycle time, downtime, scrap rate, and OEE.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in investigating production issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support daily production activities and improvement projects.
  • Participate in new product introductions, process validation, and manufacturing improvement activities.

What You'll Need


  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement concepts.
  • Familiarity with time studies, process mapping, and production analysis is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
