Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of automated projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, precision, and overall productivity.
  • Assist in modifying product recipes and specifications, working closely with the engineering team to optimize product quality and performance.
  • Participate in testing, data collection, and analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Learn and apply industry-standard tools and techniques to support the engineering team's goals.
  • Document your work, including procedures, findings, and outcomes, to contribute to our knowledge base.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics or ECE or equivalent relevant.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CAD, programming languages, and data analysis tools, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward tackling new challenges.
