Engineering Project Manager (Plexus Design Center)

. Define and develop and manage the project staffing, schedule and budget (costing & expenses). Diligently maintain and issue reporting on project schedules, deliverables, goals, milestones and budgets.
. Defines requirements and plan project deployment.
. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
. Owner of the service delivery process. Prioritize Do whatever it takes to deliver service according to time and budget.
. Lead team members, contractors and supplier, meet client/customer, handle and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
. Assist to oversee project-engineering team and manages conflicts within group.
. Conduct project post mortem and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
. Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.

Requirements:
. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field is required for this position.
. A minimum of 2 years of technical project management experience is required.
. 5 years in Technical Lead Role will also be considered.

Skills & Abilities
. Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management principles
. PMP (Project Management Professional) experience is preferred
. Possess excellent communication, leadership, organization and decision-making skills
. Ability to work in a matrix/cross-functional team environment
. Possess strong organizational & presentation skills
. Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
. Being Flexible and Adaptable - Resilient and Manage Ambiguity
. Must be fluent in English speaking and writing
