Key Responsibilities

• Guide the Journey: Manage and nurture prospective student leads across WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins, guiding families seamlessly from initial inquiry to final registration.
• Campus Ambassador: Host engaging campus tours and personalized consultations during our vibrant Saturday Info Days, turning weekend visitors into registered students.
• Hit the Road: Represent City University Malaysia at high-energy education fairs, national school roadshows, and public exhibitions.
• Drive Enrolment Growth: Own your intake targets and actively collaborate with the academic teams to optimize student conversions.
• Maintain Excellence: Keep accurate records of student applications and pipelines within our internal tracking systems.

Our Working Culture and Schedule

To best serve working parents and school leavers who can only visit outside regular working hours, this role operates on a 5.5-day work week, which includes a fixed Saturday half-day shift. Peak intake seasons will require full weekend deployment for major national education roadshows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in student recruitment, banking, insurance, or premium customer relations. High-energy fresh graduates with exceptional drive are welcome.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and a willingness to travel for external roadshows and school visits.
• Positive, target-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for higher education sales.
