About the Role

We are looking for a Malaysia-based enterprise sales professional to support business development across the banking and financial services sector.

This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with local banks, financial institutions, and enterprise stakeholders while driving new business opportunities for Beyondsoft's IT services and digital transformation capabilities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong enterprise sales experience, familiarity with the Malaysia BFSI landscape, and the ability to navigate complex client environments and long sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business opportunities within the Malaysia banking and financial services sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders, IT teams, and decision-makers within enterprise accounts
  • Identify client pain points and position suitable IT, digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, AI, or managed service solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal coordination, commercial discussions, contract negotiation, and account development
  • Work closely with presales, delivery, and regional teams to support client engagement and project execution
  • Support market expansion initiatives by identifying new customer opportunities and industry trends within the Malaysia BFSI market
  • Maintain awareness of local enterprise procurement, compliance, and tender processes where applicable

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales, business development, or account management experience within IT services, enterprise technology, fintech, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, or digital transformation industries
  • Experience engaging banking, financial services, or enterprise clients in Malaysia
  • Existing relationships or network within the Malaysia BFSI ecosystem is highly preferred
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and complex customer engagements
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across regional and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English required; Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage due to regional stakeholder collaboration
