Your Role & Impact
As the backbone of our cleanroom operations, you will directly influence our manufacturing success by:
- Maximizing Reliability: Driving preventive (PM) and predictive maintenance to boost Tool Availability and extend MTBF.
- Solving Complex Puzzles: Responding to hardware/software anomalies and leading critical troubleshooting to minimize downtime (MTTR).
- Collaborating for Yield: Partnering with Process Engineering to optimize tool parameters and improve overall wafer yield (CPK).
- Leading the Charge on Safety & Quality: Ensuring precision calibrations and strict adherence to process, EHS, and ISO standards.
- Mentoring the Next Generation: Sharing your knowledge by developing SOPs/OCAPs and guiding junior technicians.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with OEM vendors, coordinate major tool installations or retrofits, and assist in managing the module's spare parts budget.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: We welcome highly motivated fresh graduates (comprehensive training provided) as well as experienced professionals (Semiconductor/Wafer Fab cleanroom environment).
- Flexibility: Normal or Rotating shifts
- Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and 8D methodologies.
- Resilience: The ability to thrive in a Class cleanroom environment (full cleanroom PPE required) and stay cool under pressure.
