Position Available
- Equipment Engineer (Assembly Engineering)
- Equipment Engineer (Test Engineering: Hi-Rel)
Responsibilities Include
- Assembly Engineering: Support growth of Module packages, responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of Assembly equipment
- Test Engineering: Responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of final test equipment such as Turret, Gravity handlers, testers and High-Reliability (Hi-Rel) specialized tools.
- Work on a long-term improvement project
- Yield improvement
- Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
- Collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) launches to ensure a seamless transition and robust support for new equipment during the product lifecycle
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, other related engineering degree
- CGPA 3.3/4.0, or higher
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years relevance working experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical/system related
- Experience with Gravity handlers, testers, or Hi-Reliability equipment (PIND, centrifuge, Laser Mark, leak testers) is added advantage
- Understanding of tool monitoring and interdiction software, and equipment maintenance and documentation
- Experience in ATE and semiconductor manufacturing background is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
