The Role

As an ERP Project Manager, you will lead a major finance transformation initiative, guiding the transition from legacy systems to a scalable, integrated D365 Finance platform. You will be at the heart of a high-impact program spanning business process harmonization, solution deployment, data migration, cutover, and go-live readiness, helping build a robust digital finance foundation for future transformation.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance ERP implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization

• Own the project plan, scope, milestones, budget, and delivery governance across all workstreams

• Coordinate business, functional, technical, and vendor teams to ensure timely execution of implementation activities

• Manage stakeholder communication, steering reviews, decision tracking, and status reporting

• Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management throughout the project lifecycle

• Oversee solution design alignment, testing readiness, cutover planning, and go-live execution

• Support user readiness, business adoption, and post-implementation transition to support teams

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 11 to 14 years of experience in project management, with prior ERP implementation experience mandatory (D365, Netsuite, or SAP)

• Proven track record leading ERP implementations, ideally with D365 Finance

• Strong background in project governance, planning, and budget control

• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder and vendor management across cross-functional teams

• Solid experience in risk, issue, and change management within complex programs

• Hands-on experience with cutover and go-live execution for large-scale ERP deployments

• Proficiency in English and the local language
