The Event Executive will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing various events and promotions within the retail pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute in-store events, promotional activities, and health awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful event concepts aligned with the company's objectives.
- Liaise with internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, signage, promotional materials, and staffing requirements.
- Required to support the promotion in events and manage cashier duties, as well as oversee stock inventory.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event-related materials.
- Interact with customers during events, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback to improve future initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations to enhance community engagement.
- Provide detailed post-event reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience, preferable within the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution and have strong organization and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations and move around during events.
- Flexibility to work during public holidays and weekends as needed.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and compelling content ideas and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team and fast-paced environment.
