What We're Looking For:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, correspondence, and daily priorities to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO's Office.
- Coordinate Board, Management, and executive meetings, including preparing agendas, presentation materials, recording minutes, tracking action items, and following up on key deliverables.
- Prepare, review, and proofread high-quality reports, presentations, speeches, business correspondence, briefing papers, and other executive documents.
- Act as the key liaison between the CEO's Office and internal departments, Board members, business partners, regulators, and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Develop impactful presentation slides and executive materials for Board meetings, business reviews, client engagements, town halls, conferences, and other corporate events.
- Support corporate communications by preparing announcements, executive messages, social media content, marketing materials, and communication initiatives that align with the company's brand and messaging.
- Coordinate strategic projects, conduct research, consolidate information, monitor timelines, and support the execution of cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion while providing proactive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's Office.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in executive support, executive assistance, personal assistance, corporate communications, or senior administrative roles.
- Professional Secretarial Certification or relevant executive support qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional business writing, presentation design, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
