Our client is a privately held organization operating at the intersection of software development and e‑commerce, delivering technology‑driven solutions that support digital business operations.

This role provides the opportunity to support the Managing Director closely while gaining broad insight into business operations, strategy, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison to the Managing Director, coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders while managing confidential matters.
  • Track and follow up on business operations, projects, and initiatives to ensure timely execution and effective implementation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across client portfolios, including research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and accompanying the Managing Director to meetings or networking events when required.
  • Handle ad‑hoc assignments, including limited personal assistance, and perform additional duties as directed by the Managing Director.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-10 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Own transport with the flexibility to travel when required.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard office hours on an ad‑hoc basis 

Work Location: Kelana Jaya, Selangor (Please note that the office location is not within walking distance of the LRT station, therefore interested applicants are required to have their own transportation.)

Working Hours: Fully On-Site from Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (including a 1-hour break).

The salary range stated is indicative and may vary depending on the candidate's years of experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
