To meet individual sales targets set for the Financial Year in line with the Bank's business direction.

  • Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.

  • Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.

  • Attend road shows and etc when required.

  • To actively promote Credit Card products.

  • Cross selling other banking products, when required.

  • Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.

  • Ensure bank's interest is protected at all times.

  • Comply with bank's policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.

  • To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.


  • Senior & AM to assist in providing training and guidance to new recruits or junior sales executive.


  • Participate and display team work in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programmes etc. at all times.


  • Minimum recognized, SPM, Diploma Level or equivalent.

  • Competency in Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook


  • Fresh graduates can apply. However, those with sales experience will be an added advantage.
