Job Description

Job description:

  • Support team leader in identifying and analyse core business processes and gaps/control weaknesses for improvement.
  • Participate in process mapping and transition activities; eg: gap analysis, knowledge transfer, etc.
  • Update the documentation to incorporate compliance, risks and controls.
  • Work with respective operation team and monitor the implementation of the documented policy and process.
  • Conduct compliance assignments on documented procedures on a continuous basis to identify any incompliances and update any processes which is relevant to the current business environment.
  • Work with operation team in identifying process and control improvement activities.
  • Support and monitor the implementation of process and control improvement activities.
  • Provide an administrative support within the department.
Job requirements:
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any disciplines with at least 1-3 years of working experience in Business Process/Compliance/Audit work is preferable.
  • Experienced in handling documentation under ISO environment or experienced ISO Internal auditor will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced & have strong skills in Business Process Mapping, Business Process Documentation - Process Maps & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process and Control Improvement, interviewing and report writing skills.
  • Experienced in handling documentation under ISO environment or experienced ISO Internal auditor will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills & knowledge of computers - Ms Office Applications
  • Must be a dynamic, self-driven and result oriented person, with initiative and a passion in details writing / documenting
  • Lead & ensure all established / formalised policies & procedures are implemented efficiently and effectively
  • Has a valid driving licence and flexible to take up frequent outstation/overseas assignments.
