Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of rotating equipment, including compressors, turbines, pumps, and other critical machinery.
Monitor equipment performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for rotating equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining rotating equipment in the oil and gas.
Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of problem-solving in equipment maintenance.
Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other related tools.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
