  • To manage and ensure timely delivery of onboarding and incentive payout for real estate agents under the Referral Rewards Program (RRP)
  • To perform Annual Review for all agents under the RRP
  • Recognizing areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enable Mortgage business to perform to its optimum ability, i.e. cost optimization / service level / TAT / customer and sales experience.
  • To manage and ensure timely delivery of channels programs and activities to drive top-of-mind and awareness for sales referrals
  • Work with respective internal & external stakeholders to ensure these programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved segment/cross-sell strategies, product/sales/marketing communications & marketing budgets
  • Monitor and analyze performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/ issues and recommend solutions to rectify them
  • Monitor competitor's market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and global industry practices
  • Active participant in supporting and assisting the business in the development and execution of ad-hoc Management/Bankwide/HLG initiatives i.e. product/customer/service delivery strategies to achieve Budget goals.
