Job Description

Join Our Dynamic Team as a Cultural Liaison!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the functions related to International Assignees Management, office services, and corporate hospitality, ensuring high-quality service for International Assignees and visitors.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and relocation support to International Assignees, including visa processing, flight ticket, housing, transportation, onboarding, and orientation, to ensure a smooth transition and positive living experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison and cultural bridge between International Assignees, local employees, and management to promote effective communication, mutual understanding, and teamwork.
  • Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and external service providers on International Assignees-related matters.
  • Assist the COO and SVP in organizing schedules, coordinating events, preparing meetings, managing documentation, and providing guest services.
  • Handle International Assignees inquiries and feedback with professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of International Assignees information, contracts, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and employment and immigration regulations.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
  • Language Proficiency: Have relevant experience and be fluent in both Japanese and English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus!
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Flexibility: Be mobile and willing to travel overseas when required.
