Role Summary
The EyeLit MES & Equipment Integration Specialist will lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of robust Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions integrated with factory equipment and automation systems.
The role will ensure seamless data flow, optimize production processes, reduce manual intervention, and support compliance with relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable EyeLit MES solutions for factory automation and equipment integration.
- Develop solution architecture that supports multi-tool integration while minimizing manual intervention.
- Integrate EyeLit MES with equipment interfaces, PROMIS MES, and advanced process control systems.
- Reduce manual touchpoints across lot processing workflows, such as cassette placement through lot completion.
- Implement automation strategies to improve production throughput and operational efficiency while reducing the person-to-machine ratio.
- Define business and technical requirements and translate them into detailed solution design specifications.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, automation, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with production objectives.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across MES, equipment integration, and manufacturing automation.
- Troubleshoot integration and process issues and ensure reliable system performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in MES, equipment integration, factory automation, or manufacturing systems.
- Strong experience in MES design, architecture, implementation, and equipment integration.
- Hands-on experience with EyeLit MES and/or PROMIS MES is highly advantageous.
- Experience integrating MES with factory equipment, automation systems, and advanced process control systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, lot processing, and production automation.
- Proven experience reducing manual processes through automation and system integration.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, deployment, and system implementation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
