Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Semenyih. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, including production planning, quality control, production management, and operations management. The Factory Manager will also be responsible for managing manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and timely production.

• Experience in plastic manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Ability to hands on in solving machinery issues
• Production experience more than 8 years and above
• Experience in factory set up
• Preferrably chinese speaking applicants as we are dealing with a lot of China Suppliers
